Shell Recharge Solutions Director interview questions

Very unprofessional and disorganized. Recruiter reached out and scheduled a phone call. But he was a no show for the interview. I sent a follow up email to which he replied back few days later saying he couldn’t make the call because he was too busy?!?! Despite my better judgment, I agreed to reschedule. He was a no show again and never heard from him again. If Greenlots really want to hire all the people they have listed on their career page, they might want to start by hiring talent acquisition people that actually knows how to recruit.
