4 rounds interview. First contacted by a recruiter, then an interview with the hiring manager. 3rd interview with HR and final with VP of sales! However, they decided to proceed with other candidates as they’re looking for someone who’s more senior, which it’s weird to interview 4 times to realize they’re looking for more senior talent.
