I was initially contacted by phone from HR and informed that I may be a good fit for an open position based on a resume I had submitted. The HR representative was very professional and informed me that they would forward my information to the Director of the division and that they would follow up the following week, which they did. I had a good conversation by phone with the Director and they indicated that I would be contacted soon to follow up. I was then contacted the next week and an interview was scheduled for that week. I was interviewed by the Director and the manager whom I would be reporting to. The interview was very professional and business oriented. I did not experience any uncomfortable questions, just an open conversation regarding the details of the position and what they were looking for and an overview of my work history and a few questions regarding my past responsibilities and experiences. The interview concluded with their intent to discuss internally and get back to me soon. At each step in the process Shermco did exactly what they said they would do. I was pretty impressed.
