I was recruited and invited to interview for this role, but I was unimpressed by the disconnect between the recruiter’s description of the role and the team’s expectations regarding responsibilities. Additionally, the culture came across as somewhat misogynistic.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Shibumi in Mar 2025
Interview
A fast and inclusive process involving many of the founders and the local team. Significant focus on cultural fit and can-do attitude. It was clearly important to meet the local team and key executive leaders. The CEO was very engaged throughout the process, and overall communication during the process was fast and transparent. In summary, a professional, transparent enjoyable process.
