      Great leadership and fun, collaborative team

      Pros

      Leadership is thoughtful and transparent — you always know where things stand. The team is sharp, collaborative, and genuinely fun to work with. The company is constantly evolving, which keeps things interesting. And the work-life balance is real, not just something they say in interviews.

      Cons

      The pace can be a lot if you're not wired for ambiguity. Processes are still maturing as the company grows, which means you sometimes have to figure things out yourself. Not a dealbreaker if you're self-sufficient, but worth knowing going in.

      Pros

      There is honestly not a single positive I can mention.

      Cons

      Internally, the product is commonly referred to as “Frankenstein” bc it’s so configurable that more often than not, it doesn’t work. The CEO plays golf more than he works. When he does work, he adds no value. UI is ancient. It’s makes Salesforce look sexy. Engineering doesn’t ship product ever? They market AI that isn’t intelligent. Calling it a GPT wrapper would be generous. There is no growth, just attrition. Leadership lives on another planet, if they are ever even around.
