There is honestly not a single positive I can mention.

Internally, the product is commonly referred to as “Frankenstein” bc it’s so configurable that more often than not, it doesn’t work. The CEO plays golf more than he works. When he does work, he adds no value. UI is ancient. It’s makes Salesforce look sexy. Engineering doesn’t ship product ever? They market AI that isn’t intelligent. Calling it a GPT wrapper would be generous. There is no growth, just attrition. Leadership lives on another planet, if they are ever even around.
