Interview
Initial phone interview to qualify candidate has customer service skills. Gave brief description of job and hours of work. Face to face interview was proceeded by copying license, personality test and extensive application form. Application asked questions about health condition and insurance coverage. Interview questions were standard and predictable. It was disclosed in interview that job required telemarketing cold calls, which was contrary to advertisement and phone discussion.
