Shuan Tech Junior Software Developer interview questions

I had interview in cherthala info park. It said that 2 rounds were there. First one is aptitude ,second one is technical+hr round. But at the very first a lady came who may be ceo filtered the candidates. We were all together in a conference room and she collected all our resumes. Then she check each resume by calling there names and ask casual as well resume casual asking.she rejected 5 candidates who already done courses .She said the reason for that is she want a candidate who is flexible or who adapt any language. So those 5 were out without even attending aptitude. The aptitude test contain 40 questions with 30 min. There will be basic technical and general aptitude questions.i got rejected after aptitude.
