The HR screening itself felt more like a technical interview, with in-depth technical questions that made the process quite challenging right from the start. It was unexpectedly tough for an initial round, which is usually more focused on understanding the candidate’s background, experience, and cultural fit. Clearing this technical-heavy screening required strong preparation and quick thinking.

Interview
There was clarity and clear communication. They were considerate about my timings, and they communicated the rejection proactively. They also sent reminders for the interview. It was thoughtful. I would however have appreciated a rejection reason.
