As an Agent Ops Engineer,youlltake agentic systems from design into production, ensuring they are secure, reliable and perform at scale. Working in cross-functional squads,youllfocus on cloud infrastructure, observability,resilienceand runtime operations, treating agents as distributed systems rather than traditional applications. This is a hands-on role deploying and operating solutions on GCP using tools like Vertex AI, Agent Engine and Cloud Run.

WhatYoullDo

• Own deployment, runtimeoperationsand reliability of agentic systems in production
• Design and manage cloud infrastructure for agentic workloads acrosscompute,networkingand data
• Build andoperateCI/CD pipelines for safe, repeatable releases
• Deploy and run agentic systems on GCP using Vertex AI, Agent Engine and Cloud Run
• Establish observability including logging, metrics, tracing,alertingand cost tracking
• Monitor and optimise runtime performance, latency,scalingand failure handling
• Implement resilience patterns such as retries, fallbacks and graceful degradation
• Collaborate with engineers to translate agent designs into production-ready systems
• Lead incident response, root causeanalysisand continuous improvement
• Embed security, privacy, ethical AIcontrolsand automation-first operational practices

WhatYoullBring

• Strong experience operating production systems at scale in cloud,platformor SRE roles
• Deep hands-onexpertisewith GCP, including compute, IAM, networking and observability
• Proven experience deploying and running container-based workloads (e.g. Cloud Run)
• Solid understanding of infrastructure as code and automated environment provisioning
• Experience operating ML, GenAI or agentic systems in production environments
• Familiarity with platforms such as Vertex AI and understanding of agent runtime behaviour
• Strong CI/CD,observabilityand incident management skills with a focus on diagnosing complex issues
• Ability to balance reliability,costand delivery speed through pragmatic, automation-first engineering decisions
