    Negative Outlook

I worked at NSW Government full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible working hours , Ability to make a difference

    Cons

In a very small town of 2,500 in north west NSW our indigenous staff were ineffective, allowed in due to their cultural expertise. Every time work came up to do with anyone in the town they'd passed in the street they couldn't because it was a conflict of interest, I thought this was the reason they came to work for the department without a degree.

    Advice to Management

Level the playing field, stop overloading your non indigenous workers because some indigenous staff are lazy. If some one is lazy, be they black, white or brindle, manage their performance accordingly!
