Interview
Presentation from the company staff which included the company background and the structure of the graduate program. After there was a group exercise based on building a tower with straws followed up by a presentation and interview questions regarding previous employment and university. Also they showed us a site tour inside the wind turbines which was fun.

Tell me about an occasion when you had to complete a task under a tight deadline.
Applied online. 4 months later I was emailed telling me the date of my online video interview. During this a recorded question was read out to me, I had 1 minute to think about it, and 3 minutes to answer. There were 4 questions.
