Ich wurde gebeten, Interview-Videos von mir selbst einzureichen, was ich als eher unpersönlich und distanziert empfunden habe. Der Prozess wirkte wenig wertschätzend und bot kaum Raum für echten Austausch. Zusätzlich erhielt ich nach der Absage keine nachvollziehbare oder hilfreiche Begründung, weshalb ich den Job nicht bekommen habe. Insgesamt hinterlässt der Bewerbungsprozess bei mir einen wenig professionellen Eindruck. Ich hätte mir mehr Transparenz und eine persönlichere Kommunikation gewünscht.

This was for the CPMDP. First step was to do a one-way on-demand video interview. I believe there were unlimited attempts, and the questions weren't too difficult. Next step was a live interview, this time with two different current participants of the program. No HR are present in the interview. Expect technical accounting/finance questions in this interview!
