The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Siemens in July 2009
Interview
Sent application, application was accepted, followed by a quick telephone call just to introduce myself personally, got an interview invite via mail, interview went very smooth not tricky questions, had to give a run-down of my CV verbally, the whole hiring process went on short-notice.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself and explain the most significant stations of your CV.
Even though the process itself takes longer than ususal, I think the interview process is pretty straight forward, although i do not prefer the pre recorded introduction part as it cancels out the conversation of EDI from the start. Other than that its good. (I did not get selected for this role, but went through the interview phase)

Question 1
What do you think are your strengths and weaknesses?
I applied online. I interviewed at Siemens (North Andover, MA)
Interview
The process was supposed to consist of 3-4 rounds in total. I made it through two rounds. The Talent Acquisition professional was pleasant to deal with, but a bit slow to respond. The second interviewer was not a skilled interviewer and did not provide great guidance during the conversation. I walked away uneducated about the role responsibilities and the systems that the organization uses.
