I applied online, and was initially required to complete some psychometric tests. When I had passed these I received an email from HR regarding an interview. The interview was 2:1, and both panel members were very welcoming and were very helpful when asking questions, for example if I was unsure what was being asked they were very willing to reword and help me. The interview lasted an hour or so, and I was then given a tour of the premises and introduced to some of the departments. After the interview, I received word that I was being offered the position (contacted by HR).
