Very long winded, not related to actual job or experience , if we understood how our supply chain was and ensuring the customer did not go else where, favoured lack of knowledge in the job and other departments. They stayed in their own network.

Typical Interview with the regional manager - discussed past experiences, various customer scenarios and why I wanted to join Siemens. Very good interview and the manager seemed genuinely interested and sincere. Progressed to a third in person and Teams interview with National/Global Manager which also went very well- then, Ghosted despite numerous follow up emails and status requests
