Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interview was mainly behavioural questions, explain a time you had a difficult customer, how do you handle stressful situation, why are customers important, some more questions related to the degree. Be prepared for example based and personal experience questions but tailor the answers to company values. I had a graduate in my interview which was great as I could ask questions about their experience and get to know more about the graduate scheme. The interview was very fair and laid back if you be yourself.
I applied online. I interviewed at Siemens (Manchester, England)

Digital interview, only about 3 questions and took about 15mins. Questions are pre-recorded with 30 seconds to read and 3 mins to answer. More of a way to learn about you and your aspirations than a normal technical interview.
after online application, there are various stages like online assessment and video interview, then followed by an assessment center and finally second interview. whole application process takes around 5 months.
