It was one of the most disappointing experience.maybe the position was already filled.
I was made to sit for 4 hours on a Saturday.
Finally after all the waiting ,the interviewer seemed least interested in hiring.He was busy attending calls during the interview.was just browsing my resume and asking questions not relevant to position.

Very disappointed about the recruitment procedure. I got the salary breakup mail and after I put down the papers in my present company they declined to release my offer letter because there are no open positions due to the current scenario. Why conduct interview and tell us that we are selected? Only after n number of follow ups with the HR and reconfirmation I put down the paper in my present company. It is surprising that such a big company can commit such blunders and cannot stick with the offer.
