I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Siemens (Hayward, CA)
Interview
Initial contact was a recruiter. He set up the interview date/time. I showed up to the office, waited about 5 minutes and then was brought into an interview room. I was interviewed over the next 3 hours by around 7 people. Each person had a different job, the large number of people was mainly due to the fact that they didn't know if they wanted me in the service or install side of the business.

Very conversational and casual. Not formal whatsoever and not intimidating. It was nice to have something more relaxed after doing so many serious interviews. Would recommend for anyone who enjoys talking to people a lot.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Siemens (Raleigh, NC) in Feb 2022
Interview
The process for me was an initial phone interview to get to know me better, followed by setting up and interview day on Microsoft teams. The interview was very relaxed and gave me considerable confidence. I felt at ease and less under pressure like most interviews.
