1st stage was nice and pleasent, line manager and i where able to relate with regards to the current problems however second stage was on the phone, how the process was going to take place was never explained and the process was gruesome, intimidating and extremly interrogatory

HR rep sets up initial microsoft teams interview for about 30 minutes. Then a teams interview with plant manager. Interview with HR is pretty basic, but the plant manager interview was mostly him talking and not really interviewing you.
