How would you describe your understanding of siemens, Have you persuaded someone to work with you and what did they stand to benefit from the collaboration?
HR and technical review at the same time average difficult, staff were nice and ran you through the interview process. I received interview feedback after a couple of weeks that was constructive

Interview
Multi-stage process:
1. Online applications few months before (relatively quick)
2. Video interview a few months before (15-30 minutes, adding another 30 minutes for preparation)
3. Written assessments a month before (half a day; mine was in the morning and lasted until lunch)
4. Assessment day, with an observed group discussion, group presentation and individual interviews with a panel (almost a full day, with the ending time depending on the interview order)
