It is a 3 stage interview process with an initial phone interview and 2 rounds of panel interviews. Research needs to be done before had in relating to the 5-year plan, workers conflict, as well as other interview questions. Also, look up the companies goals and mission statement and try to answer all questions with that in mind.

Very easy and laid back, they will ask a few job-related questions and one that has no correct answer. They like to use Microsoft teams for the interview. And be prepared to be hired into a location other than the one you applied for

Interview
We met in the office for a formal meeting, then went to a job site to see how i work in the field, worked a few days for free so both sides could feel each other out. a secondary interview was held after work term to discuss salary, and corporate expectations.
