Online application through cover letter and cv, email exchange with HR, telephone interview followed by face to face interview.
Great interview, 5 components: (1) Intro: interviewers (x2) set context of org & role, asked what i knew about org (so do prep) and understood about role (2) asked to summarise my experience (cv), (4) number of competency based questions - you can guess the competencies from the ad (teamwork, problem solving, communication, relationship building, leading, developing, motivating people, etc) (5) Closure: asked why i want to leave current job / org and likes/dislikes of previous job (similar to this role), availability and relocation.
Decision within 1 day followed by same day feedback (i requested it) from HR - very professional set up, lovely people, sure great place to work!
Advised role was too junior, but positive interview and encouraged to apply for more senior role.
