Interview
There is no test or anything like that. You just need to have nice CV at first to get through their outsourced recruiter. Then if you look good in the recruiters opinion such as if you have good english, communication skill and great personality, then you will be through to the next stage where the Engineering Manager and the HR will interview you. You got to know your technical stuffs if you are applying for technical position. Then after that is true, you are done. If you impressed both of them, then you are through.

First call from HR for some basic questions
First interview with hiring managers. General questions about my resume and experience. Next interview was a technical interview to assess linux and python skills. Not very hard, basic scripting commands.
First screening interview by HR deparment, basic questions about my life, my salary expections, just figuring out if I am good fit for company in terms of personality. Second interview with my direct manager. Efficient process.
2 rounds - first round is technical and second round is Mgr if both are clear then HR round will happen. You can search jobs in job portals like naukri.com linkedin etc
