Phone interviewed by the hiring manager. There is another senior Industrial Design joined the call. The hiring manager briefly introduces the position and starts asking questions. In the end the hiring manager will give you some time to ask questions. The whole phone interview took about 25 minutes.

Es gab mehrere Vorstellungsgespräche, zunächst online und eine Einladung zum Standort. Die Vorbereitung war gut und es gab eine Führung, um den Standort besser kennenzulernen. Leider gab es keine persönliche Absage. Ich hab davon erfahren, als ich im Online-Bewerbungsportal den Status abgefragt habe und dieser auf "not selected" stand. Gerne hätte ich eine Auswertung des Gesprächs bekommen.
