I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Siemens (Melbourne)
Interview
Was a 4-5 stage process. Firstly had to apply online and do an econometric test and answering specific questions about why you want to work there etc etc, then a phone interview, then a group assessment centre, then a final interview. The process lasted a few months. A few weeks after the final interview I was offered a place. The graduate intake hires between 5-20 commercial and technical graduates per year. Overall experience was positive - was a lengthy process but was similar to a lot of other graduate job opportunities that i applied for.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Siemens (Munich, Bavaria) in July 2024
Interview
interview process of three steps (online test, assessment centre, interview), which does need your time and effort to prepare for, great communication throughout via email, but expect a long process (ran over three months for me)
The team was very nice. The questions were typical and they explained the job well. The interview was a teams interview which was after a video recorded interview was completed.
