I didnt have any interview they shared me training video and asked for any queries after clearing query they sent me a 23 paged contract without any discussion. sounded fishy so i left

It went smooth as it was pretty easy. The interviewer was polite and very helping. You need basic knowledge of the role you are applying for and good communication skills.

What do you think you will do as Research Analyst ?
No Interview was conducted, no email for why they didn’t call for the interview, no communication at all. The entire process was stressful since I prepared for the interview for a couple of days only for them not to respond.
