Simplain Software Solutions interview questions

Submitted my resume to the opening. I was contacted by the CEO through Indeed who seems to do whatever he wants to with candidates. The CEO made his own interview date and time which was on a Friday afternoon, and never asks for my availability beforehand. The CEO never showed up to the video meeting and I was dressed professionally and waited 20 minutes. I immediately sent a follow up message, and the CEO said it wasn't good for him. He said he created a new date/time for the interview and that he sent me updated video meeting details which was untrue. I thought it was an employment scam and backed off. Seems this CEO does what he wants with candidates and doesn't tell the truth. I didn't bother following up, as it could have been a scam that started.
