Interview
The interview process involves a thorough discussion of past experiences in order to assess the projects that the employee would be a best fit to. Throughout the interview, numerous documents relating to the company and to the market in general were presented to me in order to gauge for my experiences and opinions in search of honesty, basic skills and knowledge in addition to begin the training process. A recent article and technology whitepapers followed the interview via email in order to align personnel with company goals.
