I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Simplify-ERP (Skopje) in June 2022

Interview

3 interviews, 2 with the CEO. Interviews with the CEO and decision maker last for more than 2 hours and the outcome depends on the CEO's mood. He will not remember the task that was given, just go on the fly.

More an interrogation than an interview. Pulled up my CV at what point by point instead of having a conversation. Made a decision that I am suited for a different role and when I specified that is not a role I am interested in (I didn't apply for) quickly ended the interview.
