Interview
Interview process itself was professional and courteous, and the interviewers were engaged and well-prepared. The conversation was constructive and covered role scope, expectations, and experience alignment clearly. Went for over one hour face to face.
However, the overall candidate experience was let down by the lack of follow-up and closure. After the interview, there were no feedback loops or updates provided, despite follow-ups and conducting interview in a face to face location. This made it difficult to understand next steps or outcome.
Overall, a positive interview discussion, but the process would benefit from clearer communication and timely feedback to candidates.
