I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Single Homeless Project (London, England) in Oct 2024
Interview
The interview questions were sent to me ten minutes before the interview for me to plan my answers. The questions were disjointed, were basically 3 questions in one and I believe could have been worded better.
In the actual interview, which was online, there were three employees there. They briefly introduced themselves but there was no small talk or gradual easing into the interview and I felt rushed.

Question 1
Please tell us how you'd build effective partnership working with key stakeholders to deliver improved health outcomes to clients. Which stakeholders would you approach?
As part of your role you will work alongside and with outside agencies, primarily NHS services. Can you highlight the strengths of this approach, some challenges you may face and what you would bring to it?
A new element to the service is a focus on physical health. What ideas do you have around embedding a health approach into a team? What would you do to get everyone on board, and achieve outcomes? Any examples?
