Singnet Solution interview questions

3 Rounds of interview session: 1.Telephonic(Front Office Executive will ring up asking the casual details like professional, education qualification and availability) 2.Face-to-face round with the senior guy(Will ask questions after going through our CV and will give you a task to execute then and there itself which has no relation to the applied role). My interview was taken by a content writer who knows nothing about sales process, pipeline, closure and all. 3.Final Round with MD. This is a salary negotiation round. MD is only concerned about decreasing the strength of our CTC and nothing else. Won't ask much questions as he knows nothing about IT projects and all after all, this guy is from civil works and construction industry.
