Applied online and was contacted within the week by HR. Met with the channel's Executive Producer and Program Director and a lot of the interview was based on past radio experiences and how I could translate that experience. Overall, an easy interview process but lengthy hiring process.

Interview
Screening call and then a zoom interview with managers and producers. It was easy but the people interviewing me were very cold and emotionless. They gave off the impression that they had no desire to be there and barely listened to what I had to say. They also pay you close to nothing and only hire you part time so it was impossible to accept the offer to work in NYC or DC on less than $400 a week.

Really conversational. It was more of them trying to feel me out as a person than my qualifications for the job. A lot of the career projection questions that i had they didn’t have clear answers for. But it was an overall good experience.
