There were 2 rounds of interviews, with the additional round of casual interview. 1st round interview was with line manager, and 2nd interview was with CEO and HR Director.
As in overall, interviewers asked the question based on the match/mismatch.

Interview
I submitted my CV online and had a one-hour interview with HR, the department manager, and my future manager. The role was vaguely described, mainly involving helping out wherever needed.

They mainly asked about my previous job experience.
First interview was with the manager and HR and second interview was with the CEO. The interview questions they asked was okay but it was difficult to lear more about the role and the company culture .
