First there will be an Aptitude test, after that two or three technical interviews depending upon the number of students in college ...once technical round is finished there will be an HR round

Pros : Good job role , pay for entry level good, company growth and reputation externally good.
Cons : won't call selected candidates on time ( me waited for 15 months after selection) this caused many candidates to have 1 year gap on their resume including me thanks to 6D for that.
