Skillcrush interview questions

1st interview (30 minutes) Take home assignment (2 hours) 2nd interview (45 minutes). I really was not a fan of this entire interview process. It was way too long for an entry-level/early career position. They also check references PRIOR to the second interview, which ends up being a total waste of time for all parties involved for those who did not get the job. They should make a conditional offer to 1 candidate and then check references. Also the hiring manager was giving off red flags like crazy during the 2nd interview that made me believe some of these negative reviews here. Really think I dodged a bullet with this one.
