Approached by one of their recruiters on LinkedIn, dropped my resume and they called me for a phone call screening. On the same day, they set up a face to face interview the next day. The interview itself felt very much like an exam, rather than wishing to understand u as a person (not blaming them, probably cos they have a lot of candidates). Not really into the vibe of the company, u can tell it is a demanding job with very high kpi.

the interview have 3 different stages and i think every stage have different difficulties. The first stage just an overall introduction. Next will be give assessment and will be review by manager at last stage. Overall, is quite good. The candidates need to be well prepared.
