I contacted sky directly online and was called within an hour of submitting my application. The internal recruiter sent my application to the team and I got a call back saying they were keen to chat with me. I had a phone interview a few days later. The call went well and they were more interested in my agile experience rather than technical questions. The call ended positive and I was excited about going to the next level (it wasn't offered but it seemed inevitable). Two days passed and I hadn't heard anything. So I contacted the internal recruitment whom replied hours later saying he'd chase them for feedback. Days went by and I emailed. Received an out of office message and never heard anything since. I find this kind of thing rude, but I've heard many people say sky are like this. Shame really because it sounded like I could've done the job well.
