Very brief, requiring you to talk about personality, passion for customer service e.e. Use a computer for job specifications such as how to generate information. A role play excercise was used also.

Nice interview nice people that put me at ease. They didnt ask me anything that I hadnt anticipated or planned for in advance. I don't know if the standardise the questions according to the job or role.
