Very basic interview of Sales more like an HR interview. Two interviews were done one after the another by the team. It was an easy interview more of an personality based interview

mostly 3 interviews taken. starting with basic interaction and to expertise required in the field. Sound knowledge of solar products and working required. good communication skills needed. interviewer mostly do ask for future aspiration in the field with respect to sales. 3 months probations time offered to new trainee engineers. sales needed to permanently employed.
