Interview process seems to be a complete scam. Like another review mentioned here, the assignments are client deliverables. Telephonic interviews are conducted just to get inside the working of other organizations.

Interview
It was good. The CEO and reporting Manager took mine. They were interactive and friendly. Majority questions were focused on industry understanding.
Knowledge on PPT, Excel, and team management were also asked. Overall good.
