Don't be shy give it your best! Don't announce that you're nervous. Don't play yourself down go in there confident! And act as if you already have the job

Question 1
Pay attention to what they ask you to do! They asked us to come to the front of the room ( there were about 100 of us there) and speak for one minute about Why you feel you would make a great flight attendant! They flat out state " please do not come up here and say I have always wanted to be a flight attendant ". Talk about your customer service back ground. Do not bring up your family in the Aviation industry. So naturally people did. They came up and started out with I've always want to be a flight attendant, my dad the pilot and my aunt the flight attendant. They did not speak about why THEY WOULD MAKE A GREAT FLIGHT ATTENDANT! As a result did not continue after the break to the one on one interview!
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Interview
