I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Nashville, TN) in Mar 2014
Interview
Interviews are performed "roadshow style." Check the website for the interview nearest to you. When you show up, you'll listen to a speech about what the job entails for about an hour. Then you will individually stand up in front of the group and describe in 60 seconds why you want to be a flight attendant for SkyWest Airlines. After everyone's finished, the group is dismissed for an hour break. When you return, there will be a list on the door of who is invited for face-to-face interviews. Everyone else is dismissed. If you are invited for the face-to-face, its immediately following (same day). The questions are pretty generic. Sometimes they ask questions to see how you handle a situation of a chaotic flight. There's not really a right or wrong answer. It's just to see how you would respond to a situation. If you aren't invited for the face-to-face, don't be too disappointed-it happens to many great people. Try again in 90 days. The job is worth it! You will find out if you got an offer approximately 2 weeks after the interview.

Question 1
I interviewed 3 years ago. The questions change every few months.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Interview
Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
