I applied online. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Dallas, TX) in July 2017
Interview
This was a group interview process I attended July, 2017 in Dallas. They explained facts about the company and the interview process. Other explanations on this site were on point about the questions asked. Many interviewees were unprepared for the process. A few complained about how uncomfortable it was, since the temperature was quite 'warm' for the majority of the group interview. That really didn't bother me that much, as I'm sure flight attendants deal with a lot of uncomfortable situations. We had to give a speech related to how our qualifications match the position. I think I wasn't selected because I came on too strong with my voice projection and fast talk, which had to do with my past job training. I now think I know what to do next time. There were others selected who did not necessarily follow the instructions, so its not clear what they were looking for. However, this was a good learning experience and I will attempt to reapply after 90 day period. Come prepared and dress for the part. If you really want this you will learn from each interview and try again.

Question 1
How does your past qualifications make you a good candidate?
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Interview
Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
