I applied online. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Metairie, LA) in Sept 2017
Interview
I attended the open house session in Metairie La. Sept. 2017. The interview process was exactly as everyone else reported. Try to arrive early and dress professionally, smile, and make conversation with the other applicants, the recruiters are watching the whole time to see how well you interact with others. The only question asked is why do you feel you would make a great flight attendant and you have 60 seconds to sell your self in front of the recruiters and applicants, make sure you follow directions. There was at least 60 applicants and only 8 made it to the F2F. Fortunately my name was on the list. F2F was a very relaxed conversation, typical interview questions, I was asked to read part of a Flight Attendant demonstration. They do not let you know if you got the position in person, they let you know that you will receive an email within 2 weeks.

Question 1
Why do you think you would make a great Flight Attendant.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.
