Interview
Applied on line. Got a group interview. About 40 in a room. We viewed a small film and then 2 interviewers talked about there job. Acted that it’s not a glamour job, hard work. After that we did a personal speech why we want to be a flight attendant. After that we wait for about 1hr. Then they have about 9 out of 40 that got on to the next interview. It seems they like the younger set at this group.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
