Interview
I apply online a week later got a email inviting me to a group interview. when I got there they were around 150 people we were divide into 2 groups. they introduce then self, talk about the company and the requirements and qualification for the position, after that you get a break are given the opportunity to leave if you think you don't have the qualifications for the position. the ones that stay have to give a 60 second speech after which your given another 45 min break so that they can decide how pass to the 1 on 1 interview.

Tell me about you and why you want to be a flight Attendant for skywest?
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
