It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
I applied online. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Orlando, FL) in May 2019
Interview
When we walked in they took our height and then we waited for a bit at the meeting place! Then there was information given essentially saying what is required to be a flight attendant. After that, they gave the opportunity to get up and leave if you weren’t able to accomplish any of what they require! We had a short break and then we went into interviews. They called us in the order that we arrived to the interview! Then, we were dismissed to head home. The interview took about 6 hours! My advice, don’t go in blind. Know what you’re getting yourself into as well as knowing some information about the company! Present yourself in a professional manner! You will be asked “why do you want to be a flight attendant.” Please do not say you like to travel. Also, please, DRESS PROFESSIONALLY!! It says more than you realize!! I went in with a 3 piece suit. Pencil skirt, black blouse and blazer! Shoes, no higher than 3 inches that matched my suit. My hair was tied back in a bun. As for jewelry, I took out all my piercings other than simple pearls. I did subtle make up with a red lip to look like a flight attendant already! Just remember, the minute you arrive to the interview, they’re watching! Reach out, make connections! Have conversations! It stands out, a lot!

Multiple different questions! Like any that you would be asked when applying for a customer service job!
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
