Interview
You check in and then current FAs literally read word from word from some papers and don’t make it personal or enjoyable. You then take a small break and have an opportunity to leave if it’s not for you. When you come back you have to introduce yourself. Super unprofessional and very much a High School approach. After you are let out for 45 mins and then they post your name on the door like a roster in school as of you made the Baseball team. Never did any of them speak to us one on one and this is very important when you want to truly get to know something. Very sad interview process I wish I could have ran this show.

Tell us why you would be a good Flight Attendant for Skywest I’m under 30 seconds
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
